About this Event
Join us for a relaxed HEARD. Walk & Talk in Norwich as part of our global weekend of connection.
This is a gentle, social walk for women navigating late-diagnosed ADHD, a chance to get outside, meet others who understand, and enjoy conversation without pressure.
We’ll meet outside The Compleat Angler on Prince of Wales Road, just across from Norwich train station.
From there we’ll take a flat riverside walk through the city, with plenty of coffee shops and pubs along the route if anyone would like to grab a drink or stop for a break.
The walk is paved and mostly flat, although there are a few steps down to the path at the beginning.
There are also two large car parks nearby, and coffee shops at the station if you’d like to arrive with a drink in hand.
This isn’t a fitness walk, it’s simply about walking, talking, and connecting with other women who get it.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or further along in your journey, you are warmly welcome.
