Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to your Rört membership and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. This 2 hour Sunday treat of a class will start with singing, easy rhythmic devotional chants so that we come together, opening to our breath and hearts. We will then venture into movement and during class build playful sequences as we go. There will be spontaneous break outs of releasing moments such as stomping, running, dancing, jumping, cartwheels, shaking etc. and coming back into harmonious movement and flow. Together we will pulsate in this motion of inward moving actions and outward moving actions. Hopefully dropping you into a full experience of your own being and our common ground of unity. Community.
ABOUT THE TEACHER: Nanna Wagner
Nanna has been teaching in the Danish Yoga scene for over a decade: "My teaching style is characterized by a curiosity of body awareness, sensibility, and subtle movement. In a world where our energy and awareness is often directed outwards, I wish to bring the attention back to ourselves by exploring the body through simple movements. When we bring the energy back home to ourselves, we can recover, heal, and experience more clarity about what is important to us"
