Awaken your fascia and experience how it holds you.
In this rört special we will be exploring some of the movement sequences that is in the Fascial Flow method.
Fascial Flow builds on slow and gentle movements that allow for conscious contact with your connective tissues, the fascia. The result is a wonderful experience of presence, focus and sensing in the body while the connective tissues and fluids in the body are explored.
You will be guided through the practice on your mat tuning in to relaxation while also restoring vitality and regulating the autonomic nervous system. A great way to relive stress while stabilizing the way you are in the world.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Kari is a dancer, a Gaga teacher and Fascial Flow guide living and working in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is passionate about sharing the joy and benefit of dance and movement, and deeply believes that movement combined with awareness is a key to an alive life!
Kari participated in the Gaga Teacher Training Program in Tel Aviv, where she trained under Bosmat Nossan, Saar Harari and Ohad Naharin. She became a certified Gaga teacher in 2019. In 2024 Kari finished her education in Fascial Flow and became a certified Fascial Flow guide. Kari is currently teaching Gaga and Fascial Flow for both dancers and non-dancers in Copenhagen, Denmark.
