Come and Embark on a Sacred Journey of Sound, Reflection, and Renewal
Join me for a gentle, heartfelt pause at the sacred threshold of Samhain. Together, we will create a loving space to connect with the deep energies of this powerful time.
Samhain means “summer’s end” and is celebrated as the Celtic New Year. It is a time when the veils between the worlds are at their thinnest, offering us a beautiful opportunity for connection, reflection, and renewal.
Death and rebirth are intertwined in the sacred cycle: “The Lord of Death is also the Lord of Life, and the Triple Goddess embodies the circle of rebirth” (Starhawk, The Spiral Dance).
Even though our gathering is on October 29th, just two days before Samhain, we’ll already be flowing with the energy and spirit of this special season.
Samhain invites us to look inward, honor our ancestors, and reflect on the past year with gratitude. It’s a gentle reminder to pause, listen, and honor the cycles of life. During our meditation, I’ll share more about the magic and significance of this sacred time.
As we step into a space of silence and stillness, I warmly invite you to take a deep breath and settle into your seat at Metronomen on October 29th. Sit back and open yourself to the crystalline sounds and frequencies that ripple between worlds, across time and space.
The guided sound meditation and sound healing aligns your energy bodies, using the calming vibrations of crystal harp, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, and voice. All designed to guide you into a deep inner balance and connection.
This is a beautiful journey of self-discovery, of uncovering who—or what— you are, aligning with your highest purpose, and supporting the greatest good for yourself, Gaia, and all of creation.
For your comfort, please feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, and yoga mat, so you can relax fully and lie down during parts of the experience😊
