Celebrate the changing season with a special Vinyasa yoga flow honoring the Winter Solstice. This energizing sun-inspired practice blends breath, movement, and intention to mark the shortest day of the year and invite light into the months ahead. Open to ages 7 and up. All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat or borrow one from the library—and come ready to move, reflect, and shine.

About the instructor:

Helen is a Yoga Alliance–registered instructor (RYT 200) who has been practicing yoga since 2012, exploring styles such as Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Bikram, and Hatha. Trained through YogaWorks under Olivia Barry, Birgitte Kristen, and Ana Hernandez, Helen views yoga as a practice for both body and mind. She finds peace and renewal on the mat and enjoys helping others discover that same sense of balance and calm through movement and breath.
