Early Morning Yoga Flow

Get your day started right with an all-level flow yoga experience where the transition between each pose is just as important as the pose you land in. Options will be shared to encourage participation at the level that suits your body. Each class is creative, different, and playful, allowing you to enjoy your morning workout!

Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and set yourself up for success! This class is beginner-friendly!

About Bonnie

Bonnie teaches adults and children alike, but her passion is teaching them together! She enjoys incorporating stories and games so that yoga can be approachable to children while offering their parents, grandparents, babysitters, and other guests the physical, balance, and stretching aspects of a quality yoga class.

Bonnie has completed her 200-hour adult yoga training with Breathe for Change and her 110-hour children’s yoga and mindfulness training with Little Flower Yoga. She has also completed her 90-hour aerial yoga certification.
