About Alice:
After taking her first mat Pilates class, Alice was hooked! She made it a goal to become an instructor and help others enjoy movement. Alice has taught since 2023 after completing a 200-hour Pilates Certification from Yogasource Los Gatos and teacher training with Inferno Hot Pilates. Her classes are upbeat and focused on Pilates foundations with a mix of HIIT, strength, and endurance training. Her goal is to help students feel accomplished and create a sustainable and fulfilling practice.
