Jessica Pham first started practicing yoga at the age of 10, self-teaching from books and DVDs. What began as simple curiosity has become a lifelong companion, a source of strength, balance, and peace through the many seasons of life. Yoga has grounded her through school, work, marriage, and all the beautiful chaos in between. It keeps her body strong, her mind clear, and her spirit steady. Teaching is Jessica's way of giving back, sharing the calm, the clarity, and the quiet joy that yoga has always given her.
