Every Tuesday at 7:45pm but we also have pop up classes to replace Fridays!

About GROOV3 Instructor JC Laraya:

When I was growing up, I was never far from my sisters while they danced and competed; I was constantly cheering them on and lending my support. I witnessed them both win and lose in competitions, but the one thing that struck me was their unwavering passion for dancing, no matter what the outcome. Night and day they relentlessly practice, determined to not only win but also to savor and enjoy every moment of it.

Even though my dancing skills do not compare to the many talented dancers I admire, I have a deep appreciation for dance. I fondly recall the strong inclination I had to leave the university's swim team and join a dance troupe when I was in college.

Ever since I was a child, I have been in awe of my sisters' love for dancing. Despite my hesitation, deep down I have always wanted to let loose and express myself through movement. Fortunately, I eventually found GROOV3 and have been able to discover the true joy of dancing.
