Summer Yoga Break: Parent & Child Series
Fridays: July 17, July 23, & July 31

One-hour sessions
Take a meaningful midday pause with your little yogi as we explore:
- Breathing techniques to cool and calm the body
- Simple meditation practices for focus and relaxation
- Partner yoga poses that encourage connection, trust, and play
This is a wonderful opportunity to break up the summer heat, slow down together, and create lasting memories through movement and mindfulness.
Pricing:
• Single session: $50 (early bird $40)
• All three sessions: $125
+$25 for each additional child (if you'd like to add on an additional child, please contact us and we will set it up!)
Open to children ages 4–13 with a parent, caregiver, or special adult.

Hosted by Sara Ruffin (RYT-500, mother of two), a Pasadena-based Tantra Hatha yoga teacher with more than a decade of experience. Rooted in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, Sara blends movement, breathwork, meditation, and Tantric philosophy into accessible, heart-centered practices.
She completed advanced studies in Para Yoga and continues her education in yoga therapy, yoga nidra, meditation, and Sanskrit. Through classes, retreats, and family offerings, she creates spaces for connection, presence, and joyful exploration.

Checking In:
We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave. Check-in begins at 11:15 a.m. Please arrive on time, as doors will be locked at 11:35 a.m.
Parking is available in The Pavilion lot on California Ave. A flight of stairs leads up to the studio.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Bolsters, blankets, and other props are provided, and mats are available to rent.
