One Colorado's The Courtyard Series | Fitness Sessions Supported by Vuori

One Colorado invites you to welcome each Second Saturday of the month with movement, mindfulness, and a sense of community. In partnership with Vuori, the Courtyard Series will feature a rotating lineup of fitness sessions led by local studios and instructors. Each class will offer something new—from strength and conditioning to mobility and recovery-based practices—designed to bring fresh energy to your weekend.

UPDATED HOURS:
Classes begin at 8:00 AM. Following each session, guests are invited to a private shopping hour at Vuori from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Select dates will include exclusive discounts available only to class participants.

May 9 | F45, Full Body HIIT Class

Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable athletic wear (Vuori for extra points), water, and any additional items you may need for your workout.

Events will take place in the second-level office space at 35 Hugus Alley, Suite 200. To find the stairwell, head toward Sushi Roku at 33 Miller Alley. The stairs are directly across from Sushi Roku and just to the right of the IPIC marquee. Once on the balcony, enter through the second set of double doors on your left.
