About this Event

Summer can feel energising and full of life, but the heat and pace of the season can also make it harder to slow down and fully rest. This sunset session is an invitation to step away from everyday demands and give yourself an hour to breathe, rest and reconnect.

Join me at the beautiful Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond, London, for a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session. We’ll practise in a peaceful garden dome, surrounded by greenery and close to the river, with the session timed to finish around sunset.

Whether you’re spending August in London, easing back into your routine after a holiday or simply craving an evening that feels like a small escape, this session offers a chance to pause and reconnect.

The workshop is open to both beginners and those with previous experience of Conscious Connected Breathwork. I’ll guide you throughout, and you’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided breathing practice in which the inhale and exhale flow continuously into one another, without a pause between them.

This continuous rhythm brings your attention to your breath, body and inner experience. It can create space to notice what is present, soften some of the tension you may be carrying and reconnect with yourself.

The experience is different for everyone. You may feel deeply relaxed, energised, emotional, physically activated or simply more aware of your body and breath.

How this session may support you

Conscious Connected Breathwork may support you to experience:

  • A greater sense of calm and grounding
  • Release of physical tension and holding patterns
  • More connection to your body and breath
  • A deeper sense of rest, clarity or emotional balance
  • Time to reconnect with yourself in a supportive setting

What to expect

We’ll begin with a short introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork, followed by grounding and body-awareness practices to help you arrive and settle into the space.

I’ll then guide you through the connected breathing practice. You’ll be invited to stay curious about any sensations, thoughts or emotions that arise, without needing to force or change anything.

Towards the end, we’ll slow down and allow time for your body and breath to settle. You’ll have space to rest, notice how you feel and gently take in the evening atmosphere as the light begins to soften.

This session may be helpful if you:

  • Feel stressed, tense or mentally busy
  • Find it difficult to switch off or slow down
