Take a mindful moment to celebrate and honour the summer solstice, the mid point in the year when the sun is at its peak 🌞

Join me in my secluded back garden, in the Chorlton Green conservation area, for 90mins of self care and celebration.

What to expect? 

💫 An arrival and grounding ritual 

💫 An opportunity for self reflection and journalling  

💫 An opportunity to share what feels comfortable and do a summer themed oracle card pull 

💫 A special closing ritual to mark the solstice 

💫 An opportunity to simply be and just chill if that's what you need. Everything is an invitation.

What to bring? 

✍️ A journal and pen 

💧 Water 

🌞 Sun screen and a hat, should we be blessed with summer sun (and don't worry if we're blessed with summer rain, I have a gazebo!) 

😊 Whatever else you need to feel comfy and relaxed
