Summer Solstice Celebration: 30 Sun Salutations

Summer solstice, the longest day of the year, holds profound significance across cultures, symbolizing light, renewal, and vitality. It's a time to honor the sun's abundant energy and embrace the warmth of the season.

To celebrate the Summer Solstice we will gather together to perform 30 Sun Salutations, a beautiful sequence in yoga that embodies gratitude, vitality, and connection.

Join me as we move through each Sun Salutation, synchronizing breath with movement, and welcoming the radiant energy of the sun into our beings. Together, we'll create a powerful and uplifting experience that sets the tone for a joyful summer ahead.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event is open to all. At the beginning of the practice I will do a mini workshop to teach each posture of the Sun Salutation so even if you are new to yoga you can celebrate the sun with this beautiful practice.

Following the Sun Salutations, we'll transition into a final yoga nidra meditation that offers a moment of stillness to recharge, reflect and renew.

• Practice 30 Sun Salutations: Immerse yourself in the meditative rhythm of 30 consecutive Sun Salutations, allowing the gentle movements to awaken your body's vitality and cultivate a sense of inner harmony. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, this practice offers a unique opportunity to connect with your breath and find stillness within movement.

• Yoga Nidra Meditation: After the invigorating practice of Sun Salutation, unwind with a soothing meditation session designed to promote deep relaxation, inner peace, release tension, and cultivate a profound sense of serenity.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable yoga attire
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket and Eye Mask for meditation if you want.
