Experiencing a Soulful Sunday with Now Here LA is an invitation to slow down and reset your nervous system. It’s the perfect way to end a long week and a great way to start a new one. We will begin with some gentle movement, followed by a soothing & restorative sound bath. Yoga mats, blankets and props will be provided. Just show up and we’ll take care of the rest.
