SUNSET YOGA

Hello!

Calling all friends in Santa Monica! If you're new to yoga, intermediate, or advance - this yoga session is designed to accompany all levels while creating an exceptional experience during the golden sunset hour.

I am a current Fitness Instructor at Camp, marathon runner, and certified Health Coach. My background is in teaching Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, HIIT, Strength, Core, and Stretching. I am certified with: RYT 200 Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Nutrition Coach, Health Coach, and Personal Training. Fitness is such an incredible way to provide a movement everyday, maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle, and create a community with friends.

I will be guiding a 45 minute yoga session. This is a reoccurring event at SUNSET HOURS here in Santa Monica. The location is at Ocean View Park on the grass hill (near the tennis courts).

PARKING: there is $3 parking in the lot down the street off Ocean Park Blvd and Barnard Way. Otherwise, you can walk/bike/jog over to the grass area. There is plenty of street parking with meters closer to the houses off Main Street and Ashland Hill.
