About this Event

The Solstice

A sweet way to honour a moment of transition. A pause to feel seasonal changes and your own commitment to growth.

Join Carolyn for breath and Kelbey for sound, alongside a like-minded community, to celebrate the height of the light. They're elated to join forces again on the longest and brightest day of the year and to support the group in: reflection, a reset and refining intentions before moving into the fullness of summer.

Together, we will explore
  • Conscious Connected Breathwork
  • Heart-Centered Meditations
  • Reflective Writing Prompts
  • Sound Activation, with Kelbey weaving the journey through his musical gifts

Seasonal shifts invite us to pause, breathe and deepen our connection to nature and one another. Our light shines more brightly when supported by inner grounding and a strong tether to the earth.

What to Bring
  • Notebook and pen
  • A blanket or extra layer
  • A cushion, pillow, or yoga block

What it is

A Transformational Conscious Connected Breathwork experience is an active meditation practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to support entry into an expanded, non-ordinary state of awareness. Breathwork can help you shift out of habitual patterns, meet limiting beliefs with greater clarity and move or release stored emotion.

The session begins with a gentle arrival, followed by a guided breathwork practice held with care and support throughout. Options are offered to suit your experience, along with time for grounding, rest and reflective writing.
