In honor of the Summer Solstice, join us for a special heated 90-minute practice of 108 Sun Salutations designed to energize the body, clear the mind, and welcome the new season with intention and presence.We’ll move through a creative variety of traditional sun salutations to keep the experience engaging, rhythmic, and accessible. Modifications, pauses, and rest are always encouraged, making this practice supportive for all levels and every body.
Expect movement, breath, sweat, and community as we honor the light of the longest day of the year together.
This special offering will take place in lieu of our regularly scheduled Saturday morning 90-minute Heated Power class.
