Yin & Sound | Monthly Offering
This 60-minute Yin & Sound class, led by Lindsay Polk, is designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. You’ll be guided through long-held yin postures, fully supported with bolsters, blocks, and blankets, allowing the body to gently release without effort.
As you rest, the soothing tones of sound bowls are played over and around you, creating a tranquil, immersive space that quiets the mind and invites you inward.
Expect a grounding, nourishing reset for both body and spirit.
