Settle into a slow, contemplative practice where long held Yin postures are paired with live, ethereal sound and reflective storytelling. As the body softens, layers of music including sitar, flute, gongs, and atmospheric textures support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a sense of deep inner spaciousness.
Dennis and Kathy Lang are E RYT 500 and YACEP certified teachers of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness who lead trainings and retreats around the world. After beginning in high stress corporate careers, a single yoga class in 2000 sparked a life transformation that led them to become full time traveling teachers and sound healers. Their offerings blend classical yogic wisdom, global experience, and a deep commitment to inner work.
