Step away from the noise of everyday life and into the quiet of the pine forest for an evening of deep rest, nervous system restoration, and renewal. 🌿✨
Forest Reset is a small-group wellness immersion combining guided meditation, a multi-practitioner sound experience, and individual Reiki beneath the canopy of towering pines at Jaybird Hammock Farm.
Rest comfortably in a hammock as waves of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments surround you from every direction. Throughout the experience, multiple Reiki practitioners will quietly move among guests, offering individualized Reiki while the soundscape continues uninterrupted, creating a deeply personal and restorative experience.
This intimate evening is designed for those seeking relaxation, emotional release, stress reduction, and an opportunity to reconnect with themselves through nature, sound, and gentle energy work.
🌿 What to Expect
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins.
Upon arrival, gather by the pond firepit while guests check in. Enjoy refreshments, roast marshmallows by the fire 🔥, and visit with the goats and donkeys 🐐🐴 using farm-approved treats as everyone settles into the evening.
Once everyone has arrived, Tina Jenkins, owner of Jaybird Hammock Farm, will welcome the group and share the story and mission behind the farm.
We'll then take a peaceful 10-minute walk 🚶♀️ along our nature trail into the pine forest (approximately a ¾-mile round trip), where your hammock awaits beneath the pines.
The experience includes approximately 60 minutes of guided meditation and immersive surround sound while multiple Reiki practitioners provide individual 15-minute Reiki sessions during the sound experience. Because practitioners rotate quietly throughout the session, every guest receives personal Reiki without interrupting the collective experience.
The total experience lasts approximately 2 hours, including gathering time, introductions, the nature walk, and the wellness immersion.
🕯️ Your Role
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and sign your waiver.
Park near the barn and gather at the seating area by the pond. Be prepared to carry any personal belongings with you during the short walk to the hammock area.
🎒 What to Bring
Bring anything that helps you fully relax, such as:
• Blanket • Pillow • Water bottle • Small flashlight or headlamp
As this is an outdoor experience, bug spray is recommended. 🪶
Attire is intentionally relaxed and comfort-centered. Pajamas, robes, yoga clothes, or any cozy clothing that allows you to completely unwind are encouraged. Please wear shoes suitable for walking approximately ¾ mile on our natural trail.

Florida weather is unpredictable, and weather-related cancellations at Jaybird Hammock Farm are never made lightly. We consider on-site conditions such as standing water, trail safety, and setup timing, not forecasts alone. We understand cancellations may affect travel, hotel reservations, and childcare, just as they impact our small farm's operations.
Once a cancellation decision has been made, it is final. If weather requires cancellation, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• 100% refund with at least 3 days’ notice prior to the event
• 50% refund with 2 days’ notice prior to the event
• No refunds for cancellations made the day of the event
