Ready to build strength, confidence, and skill in your arm balances and inversions? Our monthly Yoga Pose Clinics are designed to break down some of yoga’s most exciting and challenging postures in a supportive, step-by-step environment.
Each 60-minute session focuses on two poses, giving you time to explore proper alignment, entry points, strength drills, and smart modifications so you can approach the poses with clarity rather than frustration. These clinics are designed to help you understand the mechanics behind the shapes while building the strength and awareness needed to progress safely.
Whether you're working toward your first inversion or refining an existing practice, these sessions offer focused attention and practical tools you can immediately bring back into your regular classes.
