Don’t let the summer heat get you down!

Join us for our Summer Sizzle '26 - a quick escape from the heat outside and into our studio, where we will have DJ Shimmy spinning live tunes for an hour of Inside Flow followed by a party and BBQ on the deck! We will have coolers, and ice cream after class to give you more reasons to flow, sweat, and repeat at FLOWGA. Class will not be heated and open to all levels, while 1-2 sessions of Inside Flow prior to event is recommended. Get ready to party with us!
