✨ Class Description:
Our program is designed to adhere to all ages and fitness levels. It is a fitness community designed to empower and uplift resulting in life long friendships. It is a workout that not only--WORKS- it is FUN! Cardio Sculpt 60Feel lighter, stronger, and happier after 40 minutes of high-intensity, dance-based cardio followed by strength training and stretching.

📝 Registration & Waiver Information:
Participants may be required to complete a waiver through the hosting fitness provider either during registration or upon arrival at the event prior to participating in class.
