✨ Class Description:
Whether we're in the studio or out in the community, Pure Barre is a low-impact, but highly effective 50-minute class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Plan to bring mindfulness to your muscles while using your own body weight to isolate, strengthen, and lengthen. Strong looks good on you!

📝 Registration & Waiver Information:
Participants may be required to complete a waiver through the hosting fitness provider either during registration or upon arrival at the event prior to participating in class.
