Yoga at Highlander

Start your weekend with a pause with Yoga at Highlander!

Join us for FREE yoga classes every Saturday morning at 9 AM on the lawn of the Highlander Accelerator. All ages and experience levels are welcome to stretch, breathe, and discover your strength in a serene outdoor setting.

Yoga at Highlander incorporates gentle movements, deep stretches, and mindfulness techniques for a rejuvenating experience. It is a space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself while sharing the morning with neighbors in community.

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle as we flow together with our instructor. Come unwind, breathe deep, and make space for the weekend ahead at Highlander!#HighlanderOutdoorFitness

*In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities will be canceled.

*Please note there will be no class on July 4th, August 22nd, or September 5th.

*Participants are kindly asked to sign in for each session.
