Silent Family Constellation:
With the method of Family Constellation, we create a space, where what we want to understand and heal can appear. We open for healing movements in a safe environment, often in silence, to include in our heart and our soul, what has been excluded. We remember our forgotten and excluded ones and reconnect with them with love. Even generations back. We may then be able to express a yes to life as it is, to our feelings and fears as they are. In a gentle way, we want to identify the root of our problems and find solutions that promote a good life and good relationships. The method uses one or more representatives to investigate the issue in focus. We meet in a circle, our campfire, connecting with our center, supported by bigger forces. Everyone is welcome!

Facilitator:
Steffen Andreas Rostock Svendsen is a specialist in clinical psychology, art therapist, a mindfulness instructor, and a Family Constellation facilitator living in Tromsø. He has long experience with meditation and for many years he has been giving workshops in Family Constellation being a student of Bert Hellinger. He combines in a special way meditation and silent constellations. He also works with film, recently in the making and screening of the documentary Reconstruction Utøya.
