Still Whole: Women, Leadership, and Navigating the Glass Cliff

Designed for women navigating leadership and transition, this workshop explores the concept of the ‘glass cliff’ and its emotional, professional, and personal implications. Through dialogue, guided reflection, practical tools, and restorative movement, participants will reconnect to themselves, build community, and leave grounded in leadership that honors you and your authenticity.

Still Whole explores the concept of the glass cliff—the phenomenon in which women are elevated to leadership during times of crisis and expected to carry heightened responsibility with limited support, leaving them vulnerable to risk. The workshop will engage a particular focus on Black women, who uniquely and disproportionately experience the glass cliff.

This experience offers space to slow down, remain present, and reconnect with what sustains, grounding participants in a strategic leadership practice rooted in the enduring wisdom of Black womanhood.

About the Facilitators

Ralinda Watts, M.Ed., is a cultural voice and thought leader who creates transformative spaces for dialogue on identity and belonging. She is a writer, speaker, and researcher on the experiences of Black women in the workplace, sports, and schools.

Nyla Hassell, ACC is an ICF-credentialed leadership coach trained in healing-centered and somatic practices. After 20+ years in corporate leadership, she brings both lived experience and coaching expertise to support leaders through complex transitions.

Together, they offer the language and the tools needed to navigate leadership's highest stakes while staying whole.
