Awoken Yoga

An enjoyable synthesis of Yoga, along with Healing Practices rooted in the Taoist and Tibetan Traditions. Classes will include Breathwork, Meditation, Tai Chi, along with Hatha Yoga, Asana, Non-Dual philosophy, elements of Shamanism, Somatic Movement ( Continuum), and much more. The essential underlying foundations of practices will be shared in a sophisticated accessible and fun way. Classes shall begin seated with Breathwork, have Guided Movement practices, Dance/ Free Movement, plus a Soundbath Savanna featuring unique and healing instruments, along with light gong playing. Classes will be transformative, righteous, and worthwhile.
