Nikka Pamenter is a certified yoga therapist, Pilates instructor, professional dancer, choreographer, model, and Executive Director of Sacred Spectrum Movement Inc., a nonprofit serving all abilities including neurodivergent, disabled, and mental health-affected individuals. She began practicing yoga at 16, became a certified instructor at 18, and holds a BFA in Dance and Somatics from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin. With over 15 years of experience, she has taught in schools, studios, gyms, corporate settings, privately, children’s camps, and as an ABA therapist, specializing in yoga therapy for neurodiverse populations across the USA and globally.
Her training includes certifications in Qi-Gong and Creative Relaxation: Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs Levels 1 & 2, alongside studies in Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Tai Chi, developmental movement, and other disciplines. Nikka has over a decade of teaching experience in detox and treatment centers, as well as in senior homes. She is passionate about sharing yoga and movement as a way of healing and living a beautiful, harmonious, graceful, and integrated life
