Join Parisa on Sunday May 3rd from 2:30-4:00pm at Healium Hot Yoga-West Allis for an immersive Spring Sound Journey to nourish the mind, body & spirit!We will begin with breathwork and gentle low to the ground movement to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a 60 min sound bath.
Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a meditative and restful state as you lie in savasana. This includes crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more.
This powerful journey can help you release physical tension, alleviate stress, boost energy levels, improve mental clarity and more!
Class will not be hot/heated
This is a trauma-informed workshop open to all levels. Healium Hot Yoga-West Allis has yoga blocks: we recommend you bring a water bottle, blanket, pillow/cushion and eye covering.
