DBSA Staff Soundbath

The Division of Belonging and Student Affairs is offering two healing soundbath sessions for DBSA staff the week after finals to say thank you for all of your hard work this year.

We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system. Healing instruments including crystal bowls, metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers and chimes will be played to guide you into a deep meditative state.

This offering can reduce stress levels, release physical tension, increase energy level, improve mental clarity and result in better sleep.

There are two dates to choose from:

• Monday, May 11 10:00 am-11:00 am
• Thursday, May 14th 11:00am-12:00 pm

Registration is free but required as spots are limited.

Both sessions will be held in AMU 157.
