Heart Chakra Embodiment is a deeply restorative, intentionally small-group experience designed to help you soften, open, and reconnect to the frequency of love—within yourself and in your relationships.

This is not just a workshop.
It’s a guided energetic reset for your emotional body and nervous system.

Inside this sacred container, you’ll be supported in gently releasing what’s been weighing on your heart… and guided back into a state of openness, compassion, and inner safety.

• Guided Metta Meditation (Loving-Kindness Practice)
Gently open the heart through compassion-based meditation, cultivating love, forgiveness, and emotional healing for yourself and others

• Immersive Sound Healing Journey
Crystal bowls, chimes, and vibrational frequencies designed to regulate your nervous system and harmonize your heart field

• Reiki Group Activation
Receive high-frequency energy to clear emotional blockages and reconnect you to unconditional love

• Integration + Reflection Space
Journaling, optional sharing, and grounded connection within a safe, supportive circle

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
Doors close promptly at 6:30 PM to maintain a peaceful container.
