Forest bathing—also known as Shinrin-Yoku—is the practice of intentionally engaging your senses with nature to reduce stress, improve mood and bring the body back into balance.
This class is 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀, including beginners.
What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat folded as a seat or a pillow/cushion for comfort. The practice includes a mix of standing and seated moments.
After class, enjoy a 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗼 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲.
