Spring Renewal is a 2.5-hour yoga workshop designed to help you gently rest, awaken your body, and reconnect with yourself as the seasons fit.

This experience blends calming practices with uplifting, energizing movement, creating space to release heaviness and plant new intentions for the months ahead. All levels are welcome!
