Spring Renewal Crystal Sound Bath

Darling one, you are warmly invited to join us for a Crystal Sound Bath at Rockwater in Hove on Sunday 26th April from 6pm – 7pm.

As we gently emerge from our winter slumber and step into the lightness of Spring, gathering for a meditative Sound Bath offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect and nurture the softer, more tender parts of ourselves that may be asking for a little care.

If you’ve been feeling busy, overwhelmed or simply in need of a moment to pause, this evening is an invitation to slow down and come back to yourself.

A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience where you are invited to simply lie back, relax and be immersed in the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls. The vibrations of the sound help guide the body into a meditative state, allowing the nervous system to settle, the mind to quieten and the energetic body to come back into harmony and balance.

In this dreamlike state of relaxation, many people find they are able to access deeper layers of awareness and reflection. Like any practice, the more regularly we work with sound, the more easily we can return to this place of calm and inner stillness.

What to expect

On arrival, you’ll be invited to settle into your space and get comfortable lying down. We’ll begin with a short guided meditation to help ground us into the space and connect with the collective energy of the room.

I’ll then begin the Sound Bath using crystal singing bowls, allowing the gentle waves of sound to wash over you. This is your time to simply rest and receive.

As the session comes to a close I’ll softly guide you back with my voice. You’ll then be invited to spend a few quiet moments journaling, noting down anything that may have surfaced during the experience, whether reflections, emotions, or an intention you’d like to carry with you into the week ahead. Much like waking from a dream, insights can feel vivid in the moment but fade as we move back into the rhythm of the day, so capturing them while they’re fresh can be a beautiful part of the practice.
