HANDS-ON CLASS
Bring an apron to class to protect your clothing - everything else is supplied!
Your chef today: Jessica Kruger
In this beginner-friendly cookie decorating class, you will learn the basics of working with royal icing, and have 6 spring-themed cookies to take home.
Students will be decorating pre-made cookies and the Chef will colour all but one of the needed icings ahead of time. Students will have one icing to practice getting the right consistency and bagging tecchnique.
Various parts of cookie decorating will be demonstrated, then students will get to decorate their cookies.
The cookies are a sugar-cookie shortbread hybrid.
Boxes will be provided to transport your cookies home.
$119 + GST per person ( one ticket per person)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
