Seafood Chowder
A rich and creamy coastal classic brimming with tender salmon, sweet scallops, and briny clams, simmered with potatoes, herbs, and a touch of smoky bacon for depth. Comforting, hearty, and full of ocean flavor.
Cod au Gratin
Flaky Atlantic cod baked in a velvety cheese sauce with a golden, crisp topping. Served alongside nutty baked brown rice and perfectly roasted asparagus for a balanced, satisfying plate.
Blueberry Grunt
A rustic, old-fashioned dessert of wild blueberries gently stewed and topped with soft, fluffy dumplings. Served warm, with vanilla ice cream for a sweet-tart finish that’s pure comfort in every spoonful.
$119 + GST per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.
No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
