Demo focus: quick intro to fermentation (no long wait time)

Sablefish Pozole Verde (Pacific Style)

• BC sablefish instead of pork
• Tomatillo–pumpkin seed broth
• Mexican oregano, radish, cabbage
  

Grilled Baja-Style Fish Tacos (Demo Grill)

• BC rockfish or lingcod
• Rice-flour light batter (GF-friendly)
• Charred pineapple–habanero salsa

Grilled Pineapple with Cajeta, Lime & Chili Crunch

• Live-fire caramelization

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
