Spring Equinox - Sunset Yoga & Sound Bath

Join Zen Momma Melissa Scanlon and sound bath practitioner Nicole Ouwenga-Scott for a magical evening of joyful movement, meditation, and sound in celebration of the Spring Equinox.

The Equinox marks a moment of balance — light and dark in equal measure — and an invitation to reset, realign, and welcome what is ready to grow.

We’ll begin with an accessible, all-levels sunset yoga practice led by Melissa to gently open the body and clear space. From there, Nicole will guide you into an immersive sound bath experience with Tibetan bowls and other healing instruments to integrate, ground, and soften into the new season.

This evening is about:
Letting go of what feels complete.
Making room for what wants to emerge.
Reconnecting with yourself in community.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or simply craving time to breathe and be, you’re welcome here.

We will be set up on the beach just to the left of Tower 26, off the walking path.

Look for:
• A tall blonde and a petite brunette
• Tibetan bowls and sound instruments
• A small, welcoming beach setup
