Enjoy a meditative night focused around self-love & healing. A night of going in and doing the inner work, together. We will start by getting comfortable in the uncomfortable. Then drop into BreathWork. Breaking down walls and getting to the heart. We will end with a blissful SoundBath that is guaranteed to leave you floating for the rest of your evening. Reiki done throughout the evening!

CREATE YOUR NEST... Bring a Yoga Mat... suggested to bring water, eye mask, pillow, blanket. Let's get COZY! It is not unusual for your body temperature to drop when in BreathWork & Soundbath.
