Vernal Equinox Chakra Clearing & Group Hypnosis

The Vernal Equinox marks a natural turning point — a time to release what no longer serves and intentionally step into a new cycle.

This 3-hour, in-person workshop is a guided, body-based experience designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and intentional reset.

Each participant will have their primary chakra pattern identified through gentle muscle testing, followed by a private journaling and awareness process to uncover the emotional pattern ready to be released. You’ll then be guided through an energetic clearing ritual, breathwork, and affirmations to support recalibration.

The experience concludes with a deeply grounding group hypnosis focused on goal setting and embodiment for the season ahead.

This workshop is calm, contained, and experiential — offering insight without overwhelm and integration without force.

No prior experience is required.
