Spring Equinox Sound Bath

Join Sneha for a rejuvenating sound bath to refresh your mind, body, and spirit in the energies of the Spring Equinox. We would start the session with some journaling, where we would reflect on the past season and set intentions for the upcoming season. This would be followed by a guided sound journey to release what no longer serves us and welcome in our manifestations for the new season.

The Spring Equinox signifies a time of renewal, new beginnings, and balance, representing the return of light and warmth after winter and the concept of rebirth and growth in nature, also marking a moment when day and night are equal in length. This makes it a powerful time to set intentions for the future, release what no longer serves you and bring your body in to balance to as to aid further growth and transformation.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls are crafted with seven metals especially designed to bring the mind, body and soul into harmony. The soothing sound from these bowls takes us into a deep meditative state. The resonance of these bowls penetrates us on a cellular level. The frequency or vibration of each of these bowls correspond to each of the seven major chakras (energy centers) in the body. Therefore, the sound and vibration produced from these bowls help to release any blockages from the chakras and promote overall wellness.

Please bring a yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, or other props you would like to make yourself comfortable while lying down for the sound bath.
