Come join us on Sunday Mar 16 2025 at 1:00pm at Coach House Creative for special seasonal workshop, where we will focus on harnessing the energy of the Wood Element and the Spring season to promote growth and vitality in our bodies and minds.

Qi Gong is a gentle exercise practice that combines movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate balance and harmony within the body. This is a beginner friendly class and open to all levels.

The Wood Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) represents the energy of renewal, creativity, and expansion. Spring, a time of new beginnings and vibrant growth, offers the perfect backdrop for this practice.

We will end the workshop with a cup of ceremonial tea and a discussion about the Wood Element and how to incorporate simple practices to use during the Spring season.

About your Teacher: Gina Kitzmiller is the founder of The Karuna Life. She is a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Breath Coach, and Holden Qi Gong Instructor (200hr). She leads Soul Rise Women's Retreats, teaches workshops, and is the host of The Karuna Life Podcast.

Gina is an Intuitive and Reiki Master-Teacher and Founder of a new form of reiki called Trimatri™Healing. Additionally, Gina has a Masters in Vocational Rehabilitation and is a Certified Grief Educator. She sees clients from around the world for intuitive and energy sessions.
