On the Spring Equinox, light and dark meet in perfect balance.
The Embodied Fusion is a 75minute Yin & Yang Inspired movement experience designed to help you release winter stagnation and step into the new season feeling aligned, energised and renewed.
This guided journey weaves together breathwork, pilates, strength and expressive flow, moving between softness to fire, grounding and expansion.
The Elemental Flow
AIR- Breathwork -4-4-4-4 Breathwork to welcome in stillness and set new intentions
WATER-FLOW- Grounded Foundations- Rhythmic, fluid movement to restore connection and balance
FIRE- Pilates and strength- Pilates powerhouse switch on building into bodyweight sequences
Expression- Guided Flow- Dance inspired movement to release tension and embody freedom.
EARTH- Intregration- Deep restorative Savasana to anchor the experience.
