We'll meet between 5.35pm & 5.40pm on the grass in South Point park Miami Beach. Class starts at 5.45pm sharp.

Instructor :

Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience a Sound Practitioner a breathwork facilitators and she guides meditations. She is also a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga creating a safe supportive and transformative environment for students of all levels.
