Come and develop your spiritual side!
These are drop in sessions, not part of a course, running a few evenings a month on Mondays and Tuesdays and may develop into some day time sessions.
These are in person sessions at CM3 1GY.
You will be guided through spiritual meditations, enjoying mediumistic, healing and trance exercises and discussions of a spiritual nature.
As with all high vibrational exercises we practise, we not only help to get more in touch with your spiritual side, we gain the benefits from the excercises so we can enjoy a calmer approach to life as well as all helping to nurture each other in our sacred space.
I believe everyone has something to contribute and these evenings are open to everyone to develop, help and nurture each other. Open to all so maybe a mix of abilities.
