International Yoga Day – Broken Open | Oaklands Park Chelmsford

Join us in Oaklands Park, Chelmsford to celebrate International Yoga Day with a day dedicated to movement, mindfulness and community wellbeing.

Across the day a group of experienced local practitioners will offer a series of yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound sessions, creating space to move, breathe, rest and reconnect.

The event is designed to be relaxed and welcoming. You are free to drop in for individual sessions or simply spend time enjoying the atmosphere in the park.

There will also be vegan food vendors available throughout the day.

Sessions will include:

• Yoga

• Meditation

• Sound healing

• Breathwork

• Yoga nidra

Whether you are new to these practices or already have an established practice, everyone is welcome.

• A yoga mat

• A blanket or something comfortable to lie on

• Water

• Comfortable clothing

Sessions will operate on a first come basis and spaces may be limited.
