Spirit of Savasana - New Beginnings

As the flicker of candlelight dances off the castle walls, you’ll be guided through a mindful sequence of breath and movement designed to awaken your body, quiet your mind, and connect you to a new energy that is still dormant within. The practice will end in a deeply grounding savasana — a moment to rest, release, and maybe even feel the whispers of the past around you guiding you towards new beginnings.

✨ Details:

• Two sessions available: 3:30-4:30 PM or 5-6 PM
• Only 14 spots per class
• Bring your yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in
• Arrive up to 15 minutes early to settle in
• Street parking available; enter through the front door

Open to all levels, including beginners.
