Donation-based Boot Camp + Yoga!!

Join us for a heart-pumping, feel good Boot Camp + Yoga!

This donation-based class blends strength, movement, and mindfulness for all levels. Donations go towards the Waterloo Merchant's Association. Immediately following the class will be the Waterloo Vegan Market located directly next to Pop Life.

Things to know:

• Who it's for: This is an all levels class! Ages 14+ are allowed to attend. Anyone under the age of 18 should have an adult with them in the class.
• What to bring: All you need is a yoga mat and a water bottle.
• What to wear: Comfortable clothes and workout shoes to move around in! Bring layers for the yoga section in case weather is cooler.
• Provided: We have blocks and weights provided at the studio
• Pricing: This class is strictly donation-based. All donations go towards the Waterloo Merchant's Association to help build up the street and community!
• Things to note: This class will be OUTSIDE in front of Waterloo Arts and Six Shooter with weather permitting.

Itinerary:

• 12:00-12:30pm: Sweat it out with a 30 minute HIIT workout
• 12:30-1:00pm: Move with intention and breath with an all levels vinyasa flow follwing the bootcamp

• Location: On the corner of 156th and Waterloo, the platform stage right in front of Waterloo Arts and Six Shooter
• Every second Saturday of the month from 12-1pm

Parking is limited with the Vegan Market in the lot so make sure to arrive early! There is extra parking in the street down Waterloo and in the lot across from Six Shooter. Side street parking is also available.
